How to place an order
Shopping with is fun and easy! Just browse our selection of alpaca clothing using the navigation button on the tabs to find the product categories you are most interested in. Once you click on a particular category you will be presented with a list of products. You can click on any product to enlarge the pictures. Once you find an item you would like to purchase, just click on the "Add to Cart" button in the product page. After doing that, you can then select the quantity that you desire. You can continue browsing the rest of the selections. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of the page. You can also delete any unwanted items from your shopping cart at the time you check its contents. Once you are finished with selecting the products, please put in zip code to calculate shipping cost then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to begin the checkout process. This is for credit cards only and US shipping only.  For money orders and personal checks please
contact us by email.  Shipping to Canada please also contact us by email.  Sorry no other international shipping at this time.

Shipping Policy: ships using the United States Postal Service. We ship to locations in the United States.  Canadian Customers please
contact us for shipping information and orders.  At this time we don't ship else where in the world.

  • For customers inside the US we use USPS Priority Mail. This service is fast and reliable, and the packages usually arrive 2-3 days after shipped.

Shipping costs for most items are dollar amount. Should the product have any special shipping terms and conditions, they would be clearly indicated in the product page. We currently don't provide any order tracking, but you can be assured that your package will be delivered very fast. We can add USPS Delivery Confirmation on some orders, to do so you will need to
contact us at customer service via e-mail.

Important notes:

  • Shipping charges include also handling costs and do not necessarily reflect actual shipping costs.
  • Items are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. We also ship on Saturdays. After payment you should expect to receive your item(s) in 4 to 5 business days.
  • A reshipment fee may be applied to any shipments returned to by the carrier for the following reasons: incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer, change
  • of address, refused or abandoned package.
  • Sorry, no local pick-ups. No exceptions.
  • You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with every single one of your purchases and we are very confident that you will be very pleased with your product. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can simply return it within 30 days of product receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, unworn and with the original tags affixed.

To return an item follow the instructions below:

Contact us at our customer service by e-mail to request a Return Material Authorization. Include a written explanation for     the return and be sure to indicate the Invoice Number, Product ID, your name and e-mail address.
2) Return the item in the original packing using USPS standard shipping or priority mail. Be sure to include a copy of the            return authorization.

  • All requests will be processed after we are able to inspect and verify the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 7 business days to process upon receipt of the item. If the return is not a result of an error by, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred with the order and any costs associated with returning the item.
  • You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Important notes:

We do not charge any restocking fees.

You can return your item for any reason but we require a written explanation for all returns, since this information helps us improve customer satisfaction.

Refunds will be delayed or denied if the returned products have been damaged by the customer, or the proper RMA procedures were not followed.

Make sure you use proper packaging for any returns.

TC Alpaca Ware reserves the right to deny refunds to customers that have been determined to make repeated or excessive returns.

Payment Methods
The following payments options are available at our web site: payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) online through Paypal.  Payments by cashier's check/money order and personal checks must be placed by email.  You'll then be contacted for full cost. 

If you decide to pay by check or money order, please include the item number(s), your name and your shipping address in the envelope and original email. If your payment does not include this information your order may delayed. Send the check to our business address:

Personal checks will be held for 10 business days to clear.
Please note that we currently do not accept orders by phone.

Sales Tax
Michigan sales tax will be collected on all orders being shipped to addresses in Michigan. This sales tax is 6% of the total price of the order, not including shipping.

Canceling an Order
Since we strive to provide you with the fastest service possible, most purchases are shipped the same or next business day that they were ordered. However, if for any reason you need to cancel your order with, as long as your order hasn't been yet shipped, you can do so. Just send an e-mail to and we will determine if the order has been shipped and if not, we will cancel it for you. Please note that once an order has been shipped it may not be canceled or modified, but you may follow the return procedures if you do not want to keep it.

Order Status
If you placed an order more than 10 days ago and would like to find out the status of your order, please send an e-mail to including your name, invoice number and product codes. We will promptly email you back within 24 hours with all the relevant information regarding your order.
